Wear Sunscreen is the name of the exhibition recently opened in Westende-Bad in VILLA LES ZEPHYRS! It’s entirely dedicated to "The Sunscreen Song," the 1999 track that packs more good advice per square centimeter than any other text in the world!

An exhibition at UZ Gent aims to break down stereotypes and taboos around gender identity. Around twenty artists are showcasing works that, in one way or another, relate to gender. The exhibition aims to prompt visitors to reflect on the thoughts and feelings inside the bodies and minds of the artists and to encourage dialogue. The initiative comes from the Center for Sexology and Gender. Olu Vandenbussche, organizer: "We wanted to make the topic of gender open for discussion, but in a way that fosters connection. We see that in the media and politics, this topic is often approached in a polarized way. And we know that art has a unifying function."

In this episode, Amandine shares her powerful journey, from battling an eating disorder and surviving suicide attempts to her time in a locked ward. Now on the path to recovery, she helps others heal through phototherapy, a unique form of therapy that uses photography for self-acceptance. We also discuss the challenges she faces, like having her Instagram account deleted for posting nude photos meant to inspire. Amandine's story of resilience and her mission to help others embrace their true selves through photography is sure to inspire you.
